AN amazing art of procastination:)

 hello, guys welcome once again thanks for reading this I hope you may like it. ly all:)

so, growing up I always had a habit of doing my every work at their timeline or making them a  future work and at the last moment, I was crying like doing the work in such a hurry that sometimes i almost started to cry and panic at that time and regretting that if I had done. this work in the past at that time I would not cry or panic. like this but only God knows why would I do that thing again and again. and always crying and panicking at the last moment but wait a sec isn't that the same thing we all have done once in our life till now. I know very well you all have done this. so let's see what is this habit of ours,s known as?

Yes; you saw it right this is known as procrastination for some of you who don't know what its is lemme tell you.

a habit of delaying or postponing something is known as procrastination.

Reasons why do you procrastinate:

  1. not knowing what to do
  2. not in a mode too 
  3. finding comfort and relaxing
  4. waiting for the right moment
  5. Thinking that you can finish that at last time
and much more these are the topmost I have heard about.

The negative effect of procrastination?

sometimes when it becomes the habit of your,s to procrastinate something it chronically affects your mind a lot in terms of always delaying and keeping things for the last minute. these things also kill your productivity and create your time management skills poorer. For ex-paying bills at the last, moment, doing any big project at the very last moment, etc., unfortunately, this may cause a huge affair to the person,s mental health, both social-professional life.

top tips for overcoming procrastination 

  1. make a to-do list πŸ“ƒ -It will help a lot to track your time and maintain a decent routine to manage everything on a daily basis.
       2. Recognize the onset of goal-when you feel tempted to procrastinate, .don't give in to the urge. instead, force yourself to do the work or at least spend some minutes in that work after some time you will find that you are actually enjoying that work and it will not feel like a burden.

3. Eliminate distractions- just cut off all your distractions for that certain period of time as it may again start to distract you. so just keep those things aside

4. don't self-doubt about yourself- you should never doubt your own self you can do that work think like this that if you complete this work it will be somewhere keeping yourself.

5. reward yourself- I think you should reward yourself for anything like your favorite food, or anything you want. just think if you will complete this work now you will get that specific item you are getting after completing the work.
